Refunds

Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you don’t give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you won’t be able to download your digital content until this period has ended. This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.


Once you have downloaded the product we are no longer able to take this back under any circumstances. We do not sell software we sell license keys that activate software and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the software works on your device with a free trial before using the license key that you purchased from us.


Should you encounter a technical issue with the key that we provided we are always happy to help, should you encounter an issue with the software itself you must contact the brand in question order to resolve this matter first, you must also give us an opportunity to repair or replace with a like for like product if what you received is of unsatisfactory quality or not as described, before you can claim a refund.


It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable to your requirements before you activate and use it, we always recommend you download a free trial before using the license code, we may refuse to refund you should we decide that the issue is not down to a faulty product but down to a bad fit to your system for an example if it slows down your device or it conflicts with other software.


You can choose whether you want the goods to be repaired or replaced, but we can refuse if we can show that your choice is disproportionately expensive compared with the alternative.


We will not be held liable for any damage caused to your device for any reason whatsoever, we are simply license resellers and we do not make or distribute the software - Should you encounter any issues you must contact the brand directly.


Unless we agree otherwise with you, then we will normally ensure that Goods are emailed to you no later than 2 hours from the time after you submitted your order to us.


We shall use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Goods to you by the estimated delivery date and time.


If our supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.


If there is a risk of a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for but not received.


Delivery is deemed to take place when the Goods are delivered to your nominated email address, whereupon all risks shall pass to you.


Shipping

With the latest edition you can no longer get a disc for the software, the reason behind this is to ensure you always get the latest edition by downloading directly from the brands website, in the past many sellers would sell outdated versions as the latest edition, by downloading directly this is the safest way to ensure you are getting the latest protection.

When you buy a retail licence you simply get a card with a licence code and a link to the brands website.

To save you money on postage and to speed up the process we simply email them within 2 hours any time of the night or day.

The software is downloaded directly from the brands website and all required information is sent with the license.
